FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

Everything people ask before joining the queue — and a few things they should.

Getting started

What do I need to run iQueue? +

A WordPress site you can install plugins on, and about ten minutes for the questionnaire. That's genuinely the whole list — iQueue installs anything else it needs in the background.

Does it work with my existing theme? +

Yes. iQueue builds pages as native WordPress blocks that live happily inside your theme — or it can take over the design entirely if you're starting fresh. Your call at setup.

What does iQueue install on my site? +

The build stack: the Blocksy theme + an iQueue child theme, Blocksy Companion, and the Greenshift block library (plus anything a specific feature needs — always listed before you authorize it). These are installed and maintained under iQueue’s agency licenses while your account is active. If you cancel, everything stays installed and working: free components keep updating from WordPress.org, and agency-licensed update delivery pauses until you return.

Can I build on a staging site first? +

Please do. Staging and development domains never consume an activation. When you move to the live domain, iQueue notices and asks one question — "transfer your activation?" — and you're done. Both stay active through a short grace window.

I already have a website I like. +

"Adapt My Site" is coming: iQueue learns your existing brand — colors, voice, structure — and continues the strategy with new pages and monthly content instead of starting over.

iQs & billing

What exactly is an iQ? +

The fuel for generation. A page costs about 100 iQ to design, write, and publish; a blog post around 30; a market scan 40–300 depending on how far you reach. Your membership refills the wallet monthly; top-up packs never expire while your account is active.

Do membership iQ roll over? +

Yes — unused monthly iQ roll forward for 90 days, so a quiet month isn't a wasted one.

Can I bring my own AI accounts? +

Yes. The BYO plan connects your own provider accounts — you pay them directly at cost, and keep a minimal iQueue platform fee for the machinery, updates, and dashboard.

What happens if I cancel? +

Everything already built stays on your WordPress, active and editable, forever. Generation stops, monthly services wind down, and plugin updates pause until you return. No hostage-taking.

The market scan

How does the competitor scan work? +

You set a reach — a radius up to 50 miles, your whole state, or nationwide — and iQueue's servers analyze your market and return your competition and the searches they win. You see a clean list of names and keywords; the geographic heavy-lifting stays on our side.

Why does a bigger reach cost more iQ? +

Because it genuinely is a bigger job — more markets, more competitors, more keyword data to crunch. The cost is always shown before you run it.

Content & safety

Can I give my brand an edgy voice? +

Absolutely — the wizard literally asks how your brand should feel, in your own words. iQueue delivers the attitude (dry wit, irreverence, bite) while keeping generated copy clean; actual profanity only appears if you wrote it into your brand voice yourself and approve the content. Slurs and hate never, no matter the instruction.

Do I have to review what gets published? +

You can run fully hands-off or approve-before-publish — your choice per content type. We recommend reviewing anything with claims specific to your business: pricing, credentials, guarantees.
