What we collect
- Account information — name, email, and billing details you provide when you subscribe. Card details are processed and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Site & usage data — the WordPress site connected to your account, plugin version, feature usage, and generation history, used to run and improve the service.
- Content you provide — questionnaire answers, uploads (like logos and photos), and revision requests, used solely to produce your deliverables.
- Technical data — logs, IP addresses, and diagnostics used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To provide the service: building, publishing, and maintaining what you asked for.
- To bill your subscription and Studio Credits purchases.
- To support you and to improve the product.
- To send service emails (receipts, reports, important changes). Marketing email is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t claim ownership of your content — what Websight Studio builds on your site is yours.
- We don’t read your site’s visitor data beyond what the features you enable require.
Retention & your choices
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing records. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing [contact email].
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll email account holders and note the new date above.
