Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of the Websight Studio plugin, website, and services. By creating an account or installing the plugin, you agree to them. Questions first? [contact email].
The service
Websight Studio provides software and automated services that design, build, and maintain content and functionality on WordPress sites you control. You need a working WordPress installation and a current subscription (or Studio Credits balance) for generation features to run.
Installed components & agency licenses
With your authorization during setup, Websight Studio installs and activates the components a build requires (for example a theme, child theme, and block-library plugins) and maintains them under Websight Studio’s own agency licenses for as long as your account is active. If your membership ends, installed components remain on your site and continue to function; components distributed via WordPress.org continue to receive updates normally, while delivery of agency-licensed updates through Websight Studio pauses until your membership resumes.
Your account & your site
- You’re responsible for your account credentials and for having the rights to any site you connect.
- You confirm that materials you upload (logos, photos, text) are yours to use.
- You keep full ownership of your site, domain, and the deliverables Websight Studio produces for you.
Subscriptions, Studio Credits & billing
- Plans bill monthly in advance to your card on file; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current cycle.
- Membership Studio Credits refill monthly and roll forward 90 days; purchased packs don’t expire while the account is active.
- Studio Credits are consumed when generation runs and aren’t refundable once work is produced, except where the output failed to deliver.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Websight Studio to produce unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, to spam, or to misrepresent generated reviews or credentials as real ones. We may suspend accounts that do.
Generated content
Automated output can require review — you’re responsible for approving what gets published under your brand, including claims, pricing, and legal statements specific to your business.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific rankings, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms with notice for material changes. You may stop using the service anytime; everything already built on your WordPress stays with you.
